SHIPPING & RETURNS
We hope that you are pleased to receive your order from us, if however you have a problem or an item is damaged, the best way to get in touch is via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can organise the return of the item for you, for either an exchange or refund. Please enclose your details with the item you return, as if not this can delay identifying the sender of the item. Any damages must be notified within 7 days, with a photograph if possible to help us process. Many of our items do have a shabby chic finish, for example the Louis chairs with hand carved frames and are artificially distressed so they will all differ slightly and have imperfections, but that is part of their charm. Please check dimensions of items for any access issues, as we will have to charge for delivery back to the warehouse if items cannot be accepted.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order, but you will be responsible for paying the cost of the return and we recommend that you use a method that you can track, and items must be returned in original packaging. Refunds will be made within 14 days and credited back to your original method of payment.
