Damages, shortages and faulty items must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and we will arrange collection of the damaged item and exchange or refund the item. For items below value £25.00, you may be asked to return the item with a receipt for postage. Please note that for collections arranged with a carrier on a specified day the item must be available between 9am and 5pm. We can arrange which weekday is best for you.
Items which are returned for reasons other than damage or fault, must be returned at the buyers expense and a full refund or credit note will be issued less the original postage charge when the item is received back into our address in its original packaging and in good condition. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit when being returned back to us and you may be liable for a restocking fee of 25%. Unfortunately we cannot be held resposible for differences in colour ie between white and cream, as images may show different on web browsers and all items are photographed from stock.
Once we are in receipt of your item, refund will be made within 28 days.
