Damages, shortages and faulty items must be reported to info@acaciahome.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and we will arrange collection of the damaged item and exchange or refund the item.

Items which are returned for reasons other than damage or fault, must be returned at the buyers expense and a full refund or credit note will be issued less the original postage charge when the item is received back into our address in its original packaging and in good condition. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit when being returned back to us and you will be liable for a restocking fee of 25%.

Once we are in receipt of your item, refund will be made within 28 days.
