How long will delivery take?

Delivery time will be 2-5 days from date of order. However, this is an estimated time and may vary according to product, but we will do our best to notify you. Furniture items may be longer, please email us to double check if you are in need of an item quickly.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery for any order will be charged at a standard rate of £6.95 for all mainland UK orders. We are able to ship orders to other addresses, but a surcharge will apply, please email us for more details.

Can payment be made by cheque or bank transfer?

If you are unable to pay by card, we can accept cheques made payable to Acacia Trading (Leeds) Ltd or bank transfer, please contact us by email to arrange. All funds must be cleared before the dispatch of the goods.

I do not have a mainland UK address, can I still order goods from you?

We can deliver to any non mainland UK address, but a surcharge for delivery will apply. Please contact us for a delivery quote, please note estimated delivery times may vary.
