All deliveries will be charged at a flat rate of £5.95 and will be delivered by courier Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm.

Deliveries can be arranged out of these hours or on a Saturday for a surcharge, please contact us by email for further information.

Delivery time will be 2-5 days from date of order. However, this is an estimated time and may vary according to product, but we will do our best to notify you. Some deliveries will be sent by carrier and you must be available to sign for the item, redelivery may incur an extra charge.

Furniture deliveries may take longer than the expected delivery time, but should be no longer than 2-4 weeks. If you are in need of a piece of furniture quickly, please email us at info@acaciahome.co.uk and we can check the stock for you.

Furniture items may be delivered on a pallet and the driver will deliver the pallet to the property, but will not be able to deliver it inside the property or assemble it for you.

 If you change your mind and the goods are returned to us, you will be charged for all transport costs incurred from the carrier.
